Grammar
Hebben for lessons: Ik heb gym
- Hebben is irregular: ik heb, jij hebt, hij/zij heeft, wij/jullie/zij hebben.
- For lessons, Dutch uses hebben, with no article: Ik heb gym. = I have PE. We hebben om negen uur rekenen.
- Days take op: Op maandag heb ik aardrijkskunde.
- In a question, jij after the verb drops the -t: Heb jij morgen gym? Wat heb je op dinsdag?
